Practices are scheduled to begin November 1, 2025 and will be held all days that Souderton Area School District is in session. Changes to the schedule may be made at any time and will be communicated as needed.

Coaches will notify parents about which practice group they are in. Wrestlers may be moved from one group to another based on skill development as the season goes on.
Group 1
Coach Chris Holly and assistants
This practice group is for new wrestlers (first year).
When: Tuesday and Thursday
Where: EMC Gym
Time: 6:00 – 7:30 pm
Group 2
Coach Shane Dugan and assistants
This practice group is for new wrestlers (first year) & Wrestlers with 1 year of experience. Grades 2-3
When: Monday

Time: 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Experienced Elementary School practice (Wrestlers with 3+ years’ experience). Grades 4-5

Advanced Wrestlers (4+ years of experience or coaches’ designation) & Middle School wrestlers
